creator-vintsol isn't a client engagement, it's a product we built and run ourselves, publishing narrated Urdu video content to two YouTube channels on a fixed nightly schedule. We hold it to a real production bar because we depend on it, not because a client is watching.

Laravel queued jobs drive the pipeline: a script goes in, gets narrated, has its Right-to-Left Urdu captions rendered onto every frame, and gets assembled and encoded into a finished episode. The rendering step runs on AWS Lambda, which gives us burst capacity for encode-heavy episodes without keeping GPUs or dedicated servers running between jobs.

The hardest part was the text. Most default ImageMagick builds can't shape Arabic-script text correctly, letters come out as disconnected glyphs instead of the joined forms Urdu actually uses. We built the caption rendering on Imagick with Pango behind it, which handles RTL shaping and line-breaking properly, so the captions read the way a native Urdu reader expects.

Two channels run on it today: Urdu novels and short-form stories. Each night's episodes are produced and scheduled in advance, so the publish happens on time without anyone at a keyboard.
